Tony Gaidhane is Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for The Boeing Company. Appointed in 2026, Gaidhane is responsible for the company’s global cybersecurity platforms and services across all Boeing environments and businesses. He also serves as Deputy CSO to the Chief Security Officer. Tony is a global cybersecurity executive with more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-impact security organizations across consulting, incident response, and enterprise defense. He specializes in aligning cybersecurity architecture and threat response with core business strategy, driving resilience, operational excellence, and innovation in complex multinational environments. A trusted advisor to Fortune 100 boards, Tony brings a rare combination of hands-on technical leadership, commercial growth expertise, and executive credibility. Prior to joining Boeing, Tony held senior leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he led global incident response delivery and operations, established and expanded cybersecurity consulting practices across the UK, EU, and MENA regions, and helped scale the firm’s cyber fusion center capabilities globally. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Accenture and Anthem, where he led cybersecurity solutions and security programs that supported large-scale enterprise risk management and technology implementation efforts. Tony holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science, as well as an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is married with two children and lives in Austin, Texas.
